American Express Private Bank is Now The Standard Chartered Private Bank.

As you may recall, Standard Chartered Bank acquired American Express Bank in February 2008. We are in the process of transitioning the business of American Express Bank to Standard Chartered Bank. As a result we have rebranded the client Web site to The Standard Chartered Private Bank. Some statements may continue to come from American Express Bank for a short while until the transition to Standard Chartered Bank is complete.
